To apply, you can do walk-in, online application, and phone call applications;
For a Walk-in: Our office is located at Loctob Spring, Gotozon, Loboc, Bohol
For Online Applications, can now be submitted through our website. In the comfort of your own home or office, simply visit www.loctobwater.com and click “Apply Now”. Fill up the form and upload the necessary documents. This is good for both desktop and mobile use.
For Phone Call Application, please give us your contact number so that our customer service officer will call you for details.
Requirements for Residential connection:
- 1 Valid Id
- 1 Any proof of billing or Cedula
Requirements for Commercial connection:
- 1 Valid Id
- 1 Any proof of billing or Cedula,
- 1 Business Permit
To double check if you have a leak in your pipeline, please try to close all your faucets at home and check your water meter. If your water meter is running, it means your pipeline is having a leakage. You may need to contact your plumber for the tracing and repair works. However, if your water meter is not running after closing your faucets, it means you have no leakage.
Important Note: RICHLI's jurisdiction is from the distribution pipeline to the water meter. Any leakage or damage after the meter is already the CONSUMER's liability.
